In Georgia, if you’re driving with your kids and you get arrested for DUI, the officer can write you a DUI citation for each of the children that are in your car. So you don’t walk away with just one citation for your driving. You actually can walk away with two, three, five different DUI actual tickets. That has big implications for sentencing, for negotiations, for going through all the discoveries when we’re prosecuting that defense for you.
